The Fibo Collect batching plant produces weight-batched concrete using a cement pre-weight solution with +/-1% dosing accuracy, according to EN206-standards.

The data for every batch of concrete is stored in the Fibo cloud, which gives you total and reliable trackability of everything the plant produces. Moreover, you can use the data to create delivery notes, quality assurance accreditation documents and much more.

Fibo Collect plants feature an optional built-in pan mixer washing-system and wastewater recycling. Cleaning the mixer pan in between batches ensures a higher recipe accuracy, automated and shorter cleaning time, and the option to add a washout recycling system, that separates the washout water for sanitization and to use in new batches. The washout can be used as aggregate.

Fibo Finance allows qualifying customers to finance their batching plants with only 15 % down and a running time of 36 months with six payments. This plan should allow for a positive cash flow and a growing business.
